Movement

Cherry has been teaching regular Yoga and Meditation classes in Melbourne for the past 10 years. With a love of all types of movement Cherry is also a qualified Personal Trainer, and put this skill set into action when she created her brand Mindful Motion in 2020.

Mindful Motion is a mix of Strength, Cardio, Yoga and Pranayama. These beautifully crafted movement classes are available for FREE on YOUTUBE. Cherry and her team have also taken this concept into the Charity space, with Wellbeing Days carefully designed for a fun, dynamic, healthy, uplifting experience, with all proceeds going to her chosen charity The St Kilda Mums.

Mindful Motion teaches you to move in a way that enriches your relationship to your body, whilst increasing Strength and Flexibility. With a strong emphasis on Breath and Meditation, you can learn to move with awareness and care, as well as getting great physical results.

If you’re looking for a friendly relatable speaker for a Wellbeing Event, or in fact any type of event where you wish to shine a light on practical ways to live a well balanced life, Cherry can deliver her influential message, with grace and authenticity. With experience Hosting Charity Wellness Events, and as a Guest Speaker she consistently speaks from  the heart, as she shares her learned wisdom.

Having experienced and conquered an eating disorder early in her adult years and to have also overcome her own mental health challenges, this is a presenter who walks her talk.

Cherry chooses to see these experiences as no misfortune or mistake, as when paired with her professional insight it’s clear that this is her life purpose, to share and to guide others who find themselves battling through a similar journey.
